Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 3-year or 5-year Law Degree from a recognized university.
- Graduation Timing: The degree must have been obtained within two years immediately before the date of this notification.
- Age Limit: Under 30 years as of 1st July 2024.
- Nationality: Indian citizens only.
- Additional Requirements:
- Computer knowledge, including legal search engines (e.g., Manupatra, sec Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw).
- Not engaged in any other profession or study that could interfere with duties as a law clerk.
Application Process
- How to Apply: Application form available on the official High Court website.
- Submission: Complete applications, along with proof of age, category, and qualifications, must be sent by registered post to:
Registrar General, High Court for the State of Telangana. - Envelope: Mark with “Application for the post of Law Clerk”.
- Deadline: 23rd November 2024, by 5:00 PM (Late applications will not be considered).
- Note: The court is not responsible for postal delays.
