Qualifications
Typist-Cum-Assistant
- Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Law.
- Higher Grade English Typewriting (45 wpm).
- Knowledge of computer operations.
Record Assistant
- Passed SSC or equivalent examination.
Age Limit
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 34 years (relaxable for SC, ST, BC, and differently-abled candidates).
Examination Fee
- OC/BC candidates: ₹800
- SC/ST candidates: ₹400
- Payment should be made through Demand Draft.
Selection Process
- Typist-Cum-Assistant: OMR-based written exam (40 marks) and typing skill test (40 marks).
- Record Assistant: OMR-based written exam (80 marks) and oral interview (20 marks).
- Minimum qualifying marks:
- OC/EWS: 40%
- BC: 35%
- SC/ST: 30%
Documents Required
- Educational certificates, caste certificate, and date of birth proof.
- Two sets of attested copies.
- A self-addressed envelope with ₹30 postage.
- Three recent passport-size photographs.
General Instructions
- No T.A. or D.A. for exams or interviews.
- Applications must be sent by Registered Post/Courier.
- False information will result in disqualification.
